이동형설비 사용에 관한 인간신뢰도분석을 위한 직무 분석

Abstract

후쿠시마 원전 사고 이후 각 국은 설계기준을 초과하여 원자로 노심이 손상되는 사고에도 원전의 안전 기능을 유지하기 위해 필요한 설비를 도입하였고 이와 관련한 운영 방법도 보강하였다. 국내 원전도 전 세계 후쿠시마 후속조치 이행사례를 비교·검토 후 원전의 안전 기능을 유지하기 위한 필수 대처설비를 도입하였다. 기존의 대부분의 인간신뢰도분석(Human Reliability Analysis, HRA)은 주제어실 운전원의 행위 또는 고정된 현장기기의 작동 행위를 중점적으로 분석하여 이동형설비 적용에 한계가 있어 기 분석한 사례를 비교하여 SPAR-H 방법론 등으로 이동형설비의 직무 및 HRA를 제안하였다. |After the Fukushima nuclear power plant accident, each country introduced essential equipment to maintain the safety functions of the nuclear power plant even in an accident that exceeded the design standards and damaged the core of the nuclear power plant, and reinforced the related operation method. After comparing and reviewing cases of follow-up measures in Fukushima around the world, domestic nuclear power plants introduced essential equipment to maintain the safety functions of nuclear power plants. Most of the existing Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) analyzes the behavior of the main control room operator or the operation behavior of fixed field devices, and there is a limit to the application of portable equipment. Thus, The task analysis and HRA of the portable equipment were proposed through SPAR-H and etc.
