발달장애 아동 놀이치료에서 초보 놀이치료자의 놀이성에 대한 질적 내용 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 발달장애 아동 놀이치료 장면에서 나타나는 초보 놀이치료자들의 놀이성의 특징을 살펴보기 위해 실시되었다. 이에 총 6명의 초보 놀이치료자들의 발달장애 아동 놀이치료 장면 비디오 자료를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 질적 내용분석 절차에 따라 심층분석을 하였다. 그 결과 ‘창의적인’, ‘유연함’, ‘활기참’, ‘익살스러움’, ‘적극적인’이라는 5가지 범주와 15개의 하위 요소가 도출되었다. ‘창의적인’ 영역에서는 ‘참신한 놀이 만들어내기’, ‘가상놀이-상상력 부여하기’, ‘가상놀이-이야기 확장하기’, ‘가상놀이- 연기하기’의 4가지 범주가, ‘유연함’ 영역에서는 ‘연결짓기’, ‘즉흥적으로 놀이하기’, ‘변주하기-놀이를 다양하게 변화시키기’, ‘변주하기-노래 바꿔 부르기’의 4가지 범주가, 활기참 영역에서는 ‘과장된 억양 및 몸짓’, ‘의성어 의태어 사용’, ‘노래부르기’, ‘즐거움의 표현’의 4가지 범주가, 익살스러움 영역에서는 ‘유머’, ‘유쾌한 장난 하기’의 2가지 범주가, 마지막으로 적극성 영역은 ‘끊임없이 참여하기’의 1개의 범주로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 발달장애 아동 놀이치료에서 초보 놀이치료자의 놀이성이 실제 놀이치료 장면에서 어떠한 행동으로 발현되는지 구체적인 내용을 알아보았다는 거세 의의가 있다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 하여 초보 놀이치료자 교육 연구에 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.| This study was conducted to examine the playfulness characteristics of novice play therapists in the play therapy scene for children with developmental disabilities. For this purpose, video data for each case of six therapists were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, five categories and 15 sub-elements were derived: 'creative', 'flexible', 'vigorating', 'interesting' and 'active'. In the 'creative' area, there are four categories: 'creating fresh play', 'giving virtual play-imagination', 'expanding virtual play-story', and 'virtual play-acting', in the 'flexibility' area, 'connecting', 'immediate play', 'variety-changing play', and 'change-song' in the active field, and in the active field. This study is of castration meaning that it has found out the details of how the playfulness of novice play therapists in the treatment of children with developmental disabilities is expressed in the actual play therapy scene. Based on the results of this study, it could be a basic data for the education of beginner play therapists.
