대학생이 지각한 사회적 지지와 진로탄력성의 관계에서 계획된 우연기술의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 대학생이 지각한 사회적 지지와 진로탄력성의 관계에서 계획된 우연기술이 매개효과가 있는지를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구는 광주광역시, 서울특별시, 경상남도, 경기도 내에 대학교에 재학중인 320명의 대학생들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 사회적지지, 진로탄력성, 계획된 우연기술에 대한 척도로 설문조사를 실시했다. 가설검증을 위해 본 연구는 SPSS 23.0, AMOS 23.0을 사용하여 수집되었던 자료를 분석했다. 연구결과 요약은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 지지와 진로탄력성, 계획된 우연기술 간의 관계는 통계적으로 유의미하다. 둘째, 사회적 지지는 진로탄력성과 계획된 우연기술에 영향을 준다. 셋째, 계획된 우연기술은 진로탄력성에 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 계획된 우연기술은 사회적 지지와 진로탄력성의 관계에서 완전매개효과를 보였다. 끝으로 본 연구의 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위해 제언이 논의되었다.| The purpose of this study is to verify whether The mediating effects of planned happenstance skills on the relationship between perceived social support and career resilience of university students. The study was to be conducted on 320 university students are in universities in Gwangju, Seoul, Gyeongsangnam-do and Gyeonggi-do. The study was to be conducted a survey through the scale that is social support, career resilience, and planned happenstance skills. For verifying a hypothesis, collected data were analyzed through using SPSS 23.0 and Amos 23.0. The summary of research findings is as follows. First, the relationship between social support and career resilience and planned happenstance skills is statistically significant. Second, social support affects career resilience and happenstance skills. Third, planned happenstance skills affect career resilience. Fourth, planned happenstance skills showed a full mediating effect in the relationship of social support and career resilience. In conclusion, the limitations of this study and suggestions a follow-up study were discussed.
