언택트 시대에 학교무용교육의 교육적 가치와 목표 실천을 위한 접근 방안 연구

Abstract
본 연구는 언택트 시대가 도래됨에 따라 학교무용교육은 다시 출발점에 서서 미래를 준비해야 할 시기를 맞이하게 되었고, 이러한 시대에 학교무용교육의 교육적 가치와 무용교육 목표 실천의 접근 방안을 모색하는 것이 목적이다. 이러한 연구를 위하여 2019년 10월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 238명을 대상으로 연구를 실시하였다. 자료처리는 빈도분석과 신뢰도분석을 실시하였고, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 또한 Bootstrap Test를 실시하여 직접효과와 간접효과를 분석하였고, Sobel Test를 통하여 매개효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무용교육 가치는 무용교육 목표에 직접적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 무용교육 가치는 창의적 동기와 창의적 태도에도 직접적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창의적 태도는 무용교육 목표에 직접적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 무용교육 가치와 무용교육 목표의 관계에서 창의적 태도는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 비대면 시대에 무용교육이 독립된 교과로 새로운 출발을 할 수 있는 교육 환경 및 무용교육 인프라가 구축되길 기대한다.
In this study, with the advent of the untact era, school dance education has come to a time when it is necessary to stand at the starting point again and prepare for the future. In this era, the aim is to explore the educational value of school dance education and the approach to practice the dance education goal. For this study, a survey was conducted from October 1 to November 30, 2019, and a study was conducted with 238 people. For data processing, frequency analysis and reliability analysis were performed, and confirmatory factor analysis was performed. In addition, a Bootstrap Test was conducted to analyze the direct and indirect effects, and the mediating effect was analyzed through the Sobel Test. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the value of dance education had a direct influence on the dance education goals. In addition, the value of dance education was found to have a direct influence on creative motivation and creative attitude. Second, it was found that the creative attitude had a direct influence on the dance education goals. Third, it was found that the creative attitude had a mediating effect in the relationship between the dance education value and the dance education goal. Through such research, it is expected that in the non- face-to-face era, there will be an educational environment and infrastructure in which dance education can start anew as an independent subject.
