廣州市歷史文化街區的公共設施物滿意度分析

Abstract

近年來，城市歷史文化街區的保護越來越受到各國重視，公共設施物是人們對街區的歷史文化認知和文化傳承的重要載體之一.本研究的目的是驗證公共設施物的設計方向性和有效性.本研究探討了廣州市歷史文化街區的公共設施物的特性要素及使用後評價的設計評價概念定義，並對專家對設計評價的標準進行了研究.通過先行研究中對公共設施物設計評價方法的研究和比較分析，提取出評價尺度語.研究結果顯示，作為研究對象的5個歷史文化個街區中，從公共設施物的特性要素來看，功能性評價最高，其次是安全性、普遍性、認同性等.研究結果建議，今後在廣州市歷史文化街區的公共設施物設計時，要註重公共設施物的審美性和可持續性，將研究轉化為推動城市振興的重要手段.

In recent years, the protection of urban historical and cultural blocks has received more and more attention from various countries. Public facilities are one of the important carriers of people’s historical and cultural cognition and cultural inheritance of blocks. The purpose of this research is to verify the design direction of public facilities And effectiveness. This research explores the characteristics of the public facilities in Guangzhou’s historical and cultural districts and the definition of the design evaluation concept for post-use evaluation, and studies the standards for design evaluation by experts. The research and comparative analysis of design evaluation methods extract the evaluation scale language. The results of the study show that among the five historical and cultural blocks as the research object, in terms of the characteristic elements of public facilities, the functional evaluation is the highest, followed by safety, Universality, identity, etc. The research results suggest that in the future in the design of public facilities in Guangzhou’s historical and cultural districts, attention should be paid to the aesthetics and sustainability of public facilities, and the research should be transformed into an important means to promote urban revitalization.
