학교사고가 특수교사의 교육활동 및 교직심리에 미치는 영향

Abstract

This study set out to provide basic data to analyze the effects of school accidents on the educational activities and psychology of special education teachers and make proposals for them. For this purpose, the investigator conducted a survey with 110 special education teachers at three special schools in J Province. The findings were as follows: first, teachers' experiences with school accidents in which teachers were victimized by their students and those in which students were victimized by themselves had negative effects on the special education teachers' guidance for their students. Second, teachers' experiences with school accidents in which students were victimized by themselves had negative impacts on the lessons of special education teachers. Third, teachers' experiences with school accidents in which students were victimized by their teachers had negative influences on collaboration with colleague teachers and administrative staff. Fourth, teachers' experiences with school accidents in which teachers were victimized by their students and those in which students were victimized by themselves had negative impacts on many other educational activities. Finally, experiences with school accidents had negative effects on the psychology of special education teachers. The study also analyzed the paths of school accidents having effects on the educational activities and psychology of special education teachers, and the analysis results were as follows: first, teachers' experiences with school accidents in which teachers were victimized by their students had direct effects on the educational activities and psychology of special education teachers, and negative reactions from parents after such experiences had indirect effects on their educational activities and psychology. Secondly, teachers' experiences with school accidents in which students were victimized had indirect impacts on the educational activities of special education teachers. After such experiences, negative reactions from administrators and parents had indirect impacts on their educational activities and psychology.| 본 연구는 학교사고가 특수교사의 교육활동 및 교직심리에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 제언하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 J도에 위치한 3개의 특수학교에 근무하고 있는 특수교사 110명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 학생에 의해 교사가 당하는 학교사고와 학생 자신에 의해 학생이 당하는 학교사고에 대한 교사의 경험은 특수교사의 학생지도에 부정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학생 자신에 의해 학생이 당하는 학교사고에 대한 교사의 경험은 특수교사의 수업에 부정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사에 의해 학생이 당하는 학교사고에 대한 교사의 경험은 동료교사나 실무원 등과의 협력 에 부정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학생에 의해 교사가 당하는 학교사고와 학생 자신에 의한 학생이 겪는 학교사고에 대한 교사의 경험은 그 외의 여러 교육활동에 부정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 학교사고에 대한 경험은 특수교사의 교직심리에 부정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학교사고가 교육활동 및 교직심리에 미치는 영향에 대한 경로를 분석하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생에 의해 교사가 당하는 학교사고에 대한 교사의 경험은 특수교사의 교육활동 및 교직심리에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 그러한 경험이 있은 후 학부모의 부정적인 반응은 교육활동 및 교직심리에 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 학생이 당하는 학교사고에 대한 교사의 경험은 특수교사의 교육활동에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 그러한 경험이 있을 때 관리자와 학부모의 부정적인 반응은 교육활동 및 교직심리에 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤다.
