A study on the Job Satisfaction of the kukkiwon demo team

The purpose of this research is to examine the satisfaction of the Kukkiwon Taekwondo demonstration team through in-depth interviews, to increase the job satisfaction, to examine the convenience of the Taekwondo standing team and the development of the demonstration team. For this purpose, we used in-depth interviews with the standing team members of the Kukkiwon Taekwondo demonstration team and derived the results through inductive category analysis.

The results of the research are summarized as follows. The first is the working form of the Kukkiwon Taekwondo demonstration team, the second is satisfaction of the pay level of Kukkiwon Taekwondo demonstration team, the third is various overseas dispatch demonstration and performance allowance, the fourth is the goods and supplies payment, the fifth is the injury treatment during performance, Satisfaction with job satisfaction, and satisfaction with work. Compared to working hours, working conditions, contract term and contractual disadvantage, type and annual leave guarantee, benefit and compensation according to individual ability, In addition, it is possible to apply for four insurance policies, monthly salary level, hourly salary, additional allowance for additional work, domestic pilot business, domestic and overseas performance allowance Payment, transportation and accommodation, food expenses, personal time at dispatch, dispatch list and strengths and weaknesses, overseas dispatch incentive allowance.
