A Study on Teaching Method of Haegum Sanjo According to the Revised Music and Curriculum of 2015

The purpose of this paper is to analyze Korean textbooks by analyzing secondary school textbooks in 2015 revised curriculum, analyze Haegeum Sanjo, and present guidance plan accordingly. The textbooks used for this purpose were focused on fingering methods of folk songs, Sanjo, and traditional music.
The method of research is as follows: First, in the music and education process, the ability of Korean traditional music education and haegeum is based on emotional competence of Korean music, creativity and fusion ability of Korean music, communication capacity of Korean music, cultural community capacity of Korean music, Based on the educational ideology and the human image that Korea has pursued through the self-management competence of the Korean society, the focus is on cultivating the right personality by cultivating core competencies required by the future society. Therefore, we refer to the middle school textbooks and emphasize 'personality' in the music and curriculum of 2015 related to the cultural characteristics of Korean music.
Second, we can understand the structure and the playing method of Haegeum, and the kinds and the length of Haegeum Sanjo. In the structure of the Haegeum and the performance method, I examined the history of Haegeum, the eight sounds used in Haegeum, the structure and name of Haegeum, and the playing method. And the kinds of Haegeum Sanjo were different in different melody methods, different expressions and flow of Janghee, Jaehee, and Jaehee, respectively.
Third, analyzing the textbooks of Haegeum Sanjo and presenting expressions, appreciation, and life – style in the maps of each area, analyzing the contents in the middle and high school textbooks and explaining similar parts about Haegeum or Haegeum Sanjo.
The results of this study are as follows. First, we analyze the study of Haegeum Sanjo 's teaching method according to the revised music and curriculum of 2015, and examine the areas of expression, appreciation, and daily life.
In addition, I would like to suggest various ways to utilize Haegum Sanjo in the right direction by broadly exploring Haegum Sanjo, which is popular with the public.
