Abstract

In the last decade, the penetration rate of smartphones is growing rapidly. As smartphones become common, usage rate of internet and social networking has increased. Young people in teenager and 20s have the advantage of enjoying the amount of informations they can get fast in social networking, but they also have the disadvantage of getting easily informations are harmful to youths.

Among them, illegal sports gambling advertisement is the most accessible. Most of the illegal sports gambling vendors post pictures are inserted a saying they want to promote, so they can avoid text-based filtering methods. By monitoring advertisements for illegal sports gambling, I judged that social networking programs need stronger prevention methods than passive prevention, which tipped off about illegal ads and blocked that.

Therefore, this dissertation proposes the following methods to aggressively block illegal sports gambling ads. Firstly, get samples of illegal sports gambling advertising images are used for advertising, analyze words are used frequently and classify by the group according to their importance. Secondly, calculate the value by applying the weighted equation for each word. Based on the results of the survey, it is judged whether or not an illegal sports gambling advertisement is classified.. The result of the experiment in the proposed method, Of the 200 images of the 200 images, 193 images were appropriately identified. In other words, 96.5 % of the success rate was shown in the experiment. Research is likely to be needed for failure rates that have been disallowed for later years.
