Abstract
Most universities as a higher education institution are promoting the introduction of National competency standards(NCS)-based vocational education courses to enhance the competitiveness of universities. In other words, a common curriculum that reflects the demands of the industrial field is needed. For this purpose, NCS-based vocational curriculum is developed and the specialization college is focussed. Vocational education institutions need a model that can effectively develop, apply and utilize NCS-based vocational courses. NCS-based vocational curriculum should be developed and applied smoothly in vocational education institutes. In addition, various NCS-based vocational curriculum-related models should be developed that can effectively use them. Therefore, this thesis has designed the NCS - based vocational curriculum model that can be effectively applied to the vocational curriculum of domestic vocational education institutions and proved its validity and efficiency.
