무용지도자의 임파워링리더십이 무용자신감 및 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference of empowering leadership, and dance adaptation according to general characteristics of dance students. The results of this study are as follows. The purpose of the study is to present the basic data for dance instruction by examining the relationship between the effects of empowering leadership in dance learning and the students' I will. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of the empowering leadership of dance students on dance confidence and school life adaptation. The study was conducted from May 1 to May 31, 2017, Respectively. Out of 320 questionnaires, 315 copies were used for the final study, except for double entry, batch response, and five missing responses. In addition, statistical programs to achieve research objectives include SPSS WIN Ver. 22.0 and AMOS Ver. 22.0. To investigate the general characteristics of the subjects, frequency analysis was conducted. In order to analyze the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, exploratory factor analysis was conducted. Correlation analysis was performed to investigate the correlation. In addition, one-way ANOVA was conducted to examine the demographic characteristics and differences between the variables, and post-test was conducted using scheffe when significant differences were found. The following results were obtained using multiple regression analysis to analyze the causal relationship between empowering leadership, dance confidence, and school life adaptation. First, there was a partial difference in empowering leadership, dance confidence, and school adjustment according to the demographic characteristics of the subjects. Second, empowering leadership has influenced dance confidence. Third, empowering leadership has influenced school adjustment. Fourth, dance confidence influenced adaptation to school life. In sum, the empowering leadership of the dance leader has clarified the causal relationship between the students' dance confidence and the school life adaptation, and the impact on empowering leadership in dance learning has also been verified. empowering leadership has also proven to be an important factor in student self-confidence and school adjustment.|본 연구는 무용전공 학생들의 일반적인 특성에 따른 임파워링 리더십의 하위요인과 무용자신감, 학교생활적응의 차이를 규명하고, 무용지도자의 임파워링 리더십이 학습자들의 무용자신감과 학교생활적응에 미치는 인과관계를 규명하는데 연구의 목적이 있겠으며, 무용학습에 있어서의 임파워링 리더십의 효과와 학생들의 자신감형성 및 학교생활적응의 관계를 알아봄으로 무용지도를 위한 기초자료를 제시하는데 연구의 목적이 있겠다. 본 연구는 무용전공 대학생의 임파워링 리더십이 무용자신감 및 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 연구로 G지역의 무용전공 대학생들을 대상으로 2017년 5월 1일 – 5월 31일 까지 조사를 실시하였다. 총 320명의 설문지 중 이중기입, 일괄된 응답, 누락 응답 5부를 제외한 315부를 최종 연구에 사용하였다. 또한 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 통계프로그램으로는 SPSS WIN Ver. 22.0과 AMOS Ver. 22.0을 활용하여 전산처리 하였다. 구체적으로 조사대상자의 일반적 특성을 알아보기 위해 빈도분석(frequency analysis)을 실시하였으며, 설문지의 타당도와 신뢰도 분석을 위해 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였고 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 또한 인구통계적 특성과 각 변인 간의 차이를 알아보기 위해 일원배치분산분석(one-way ANOVA)을 실시하였고, 유의한 차이가 있을 시 scheffe를 이용하여 사후검증을 실시하였다. 임파워링리더십과 무용자신감, 학교생활적응의 인과관계를 분석하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 연구대상자의 인구통계적 특성에 따른 임파워링 리더십과 무용자신감, 학교생활적응은 부분적인 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 임파워링 리더십은 무용자신감에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 임파워링 리더십은 학교생활적응에 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 무용자신감은 학교생활적응에 영향을 미쳤다.

이를 종합해보면 무용지도자의 임파워링 리더십은 학습자들의 무용자신감과 학교생활 적응의 인과관계가 규명 하게 되었으며, 무용학습에 있어서의 임파워링 리더십에 대한 효과 또한 검증되었다. 또한 임파워링 리더십은 학생들의 자신감형성 및 학교생활적응을 하게 하는 중요한 요인임이 입증되었다.
