A study on job satisfaction according to Taekwondo coaches' working environment

This study aims to analyze the working environment factors according to demographic characteristics of Taekwondo coaches and examine the effects of sub-factors of working environment including human relations, working autonomy, working flexibility and reward on job satisfaction. Subjects of the study were 304 Taekwondo elite athlete coaches of Taekwondo games supervised by Korea Taekwondo Association in 2016 and the questionnaire revised and complemented from the research by Kim Hye Jin(2013) was used as the research instrument. This study obtained the following conclusions through the above research methods. First, male coaches showed higher awareness on reward and human relations of working environment conditions by gender than female coaches. Second, on working environment factors according to the length of service, the service for 6～7 years showed higher awareness of
