Abstract
Recently, Korea has experienced constant occurrence of the events, both inside and outside of school, that threaten the safety of students, who need to be sound and healthy, such as bulling, verbal violence, cyber assaults, and etc. Although the government has been actively trying to stop school violence with great efforts, the aspect of school violence is getting grouped, low-aged, and organized, and it even leads some students to commit suicide.

To solve school violence, the government has paid great attention and searched for coping ways of school violence, starting with 2012『Ways to Eradicate School Violence』 to 2013『School-centered Ways to Eradicate School Violence』, I believe, to solve this problem, not only do we have attentions on the management or penalty after the events of school violence, but also need to have a long-term point of view so that we can analyze the causes and change the psychological attitudes and perspectives of students.

Therefore, this study will search for good ways to prevent school violence, which suit us, by focusing on the cases of Japan, the nation that has suffered school violence and bullying and studied for the aspect of school violence and measures, more than 30 years ahead of Korea.

I want this study to find good preventive measures and ways to foster a safer school life culture and be a step for an effective prevention of school violence and formation of better school culture.
