With modern technologies developed faster and faster, what were only in our imagination have been made come true. The internet allows us to communicate with friends on the other side the earth in real time. And we can easily get information of what we encounter for the first time or maps of where we travel first with smart phones, portable PCs in our hands, all the time. Development of science technology and information technology opens the new smart age and brings innovation to our lives. Learners can get information fast and easily with smart innovation whenever and wherever they want it. Now secondary school students are living in smart age, and they are adapting to rapidly changing times. Smart phones are being prevalent fast because they are more convenient to carry and speedier to connect to the Internet than computers. Such smart phones can offer learners more effective ways to learn in education field. Accordingly, unlike the condition that only classrooms were the places for education in the past, every space that has educators and learners can be the education field. Because of the change of this education paradigm, our schools and education field also need to consider ways that correspond to new times. For this reason, Presidental Council on Informatization and Ministry of Education and Science Technology set a goal to raise talented persons that have creativity and personality to lead the global village, announced the strategy of pushing ahead with smart-educating, and have systemized it by invigorating smart-learning class, developing e-books, and so on. I want to let people know that how useful and effective color education with smart devices is in art classes in secondary schools and consider its educational value with this essay. Therefore, this essay suggests the introduction of color education utilizing smart learning to secondary school students.
