태권도 체력강화 훈련프로그램이 태권도 남자고등학생 겨루기 선수의 체력 및 등속성 근기능에 미치는 영향

- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of taekwondo physical fitness program on physical fitness and isokinetic muscle strength in male high school taekwondo kyorugi players. The results were as follows.
1. For changes in physical fitness, the physical fitness group showed a statistically significant difference in muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, agility, and power, indicating that the physical fitness program had a positive effect on taekwondo kyorugi players' improvement of performance. The conventional training group did not show a significant difference.
2. For changes in isokinetic muscle strength, the physical fitness group showed a significant difference in the maximum strength of the right and left extensors and flexors, indicating a positive effect. The maximum strength per weight also showed a significant difference in the right and left extensors and flexors, indicating a positive effect. The results suggested that the physical fitness program was an effective exercise program for taekwondo kyorugi players. The conventional training group did not show a significant difference.
Taken together, the physical fitness program improved taekwondo kyorugi players' physical fitness and had a positive effect on their performance. If plyometirc training, interval training, and circuit training is combined, it will be greatly helpful to improve taekwondo kyorugi players' performance.
