Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand stressors and examine its effects on team efficiency in volleyball players. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted with a total of 195 registered volleyball players(117 males, 76 females) in G Metropolitan City and C provinces as of 2013. The results were as follows.

1. For the comparison of stressors in demo-sociological factors, while male players were high in impact, female players were high in meaning, self-determination, and competence. College and third year(seniors) players were high in all factors. Less than three years showed a high response in meaning, but more than five years had a high response in impact, self-determination, and competence.

2. For the comparison of team efficiency factors in demo-sociological factors, while male players were high in satisfaction at performance and players, female players were high in satisfaction at coach and endurance performance. High school students showed a high response in satisfaction at players and coach, but college students showed a high response in satisfaction at performance and endurance performance. Juniors(seniors) were high in all factors. Less than three years showed a high response in satisfaction at players and endurance performance but more than five years had a high response in satisfaction at performance and coach.

3. For the correlation between stressors and team efficiency, impact(stressor sub-factor) had positive correlation with satisfaction at performance, coach, and endurance performance(team efficiency sub-factor), but negative correlation with satisfaction at players(team efficiency sub- factor). Meaning(stressor sub-factor) had positive correlation with satisfaction at performance, coach, and endurance performance(team efficiency sub-factor); self-determination(stressor sub-factor) had positive correlation with satisfaction at performance and endurance performance(team efficiency sub-factor); and competence(stressor sub-factor) had positive correlation with satisfaction at performance and endurance performance (team efficiency sub-factor).

4. For the regression analysis of stressors and team efficiency, high impact(stressor sub-factor) had a positive effect on satisfaction at performance, coach, and endurance performance(team efficiency sub-factor) but a negative effect on satisfaction at players(team efficiency sub-factor). High meaning(stressor sub-factor) had a positive effect on satisfaction at coach and endurance performance(team efficiency sub-factor); high self-determination(stressor sub-factor) had a positive effect on satisfaction at performance and endurance performance(team efficiency sub-factor); and high competence(stressor sub-factor) had a positive effect on satisfaction at performance and endurance performance(team efficiency sub-factor).
