분무열분해법으로 성장한 CdZnS박막의 구조와 광학적 특성

- Abstract
- CdZnS films were deposited on the glass substrates by the spray pyrolysis method. CdZnS films were deposited at a substrate temperature of 425℃ using an spray solution consisted of cadmium acetates, zinc acetate, and thiourea. Transparent and conducting CdZnS films deposited at a substrate temperature of 425℃ were identified as hexagonal structure with preferred (002) plane and with lattice constant a = 4.136Å, c = 6.713Å. The optical transmission of the samples were found to be about 40 ∼ 70 % in the wavelength rage from 500 nm to 1200 nm. The optical energy band gap of the CdZnS film was increased from 2.36 eV to 3.20 eV with increasing composition x.
