A study on teaching-learing plan using ICT
in middle school music class
: Focused on 《Salut d'amour》in first grade curriculum

Recently, education using ICT (Information & Communication Technology) is becoming a popular system as one of the perfect teaching-learning methods and alternative plan in knowledge-information based society. Also, it is gradually becoming the most beneficial method to enhance student’s learning because it is not only just studying skill of application software but also offering new educational paradigm which is developing ability using ICT and problem solving ability of learners.
ICT can embody mutual interchange and communication between each side that is not one-way operation of information. Therefore, various program and teaching-studying plan etc. for a lot of learning study comprehensively, to do so that can use this in education spot, results of the study are changing ‘Education of simple memorization putting first and education that teacher is subject’ to ‘Experience studying and Education that students are subject’.
ICT practical use education need method that select and arrange segment that is all-important in musical education among great information of various form that exit in several media such as the internet and applies to class to be embodied properly, and that show systematic plan and teaching-studying method and method to use this effectively in actuality class is very important.
This research intends to realize the importance of ICT and present theoretical background that teacher can understand and utilize well. Also, it aims to improve the quality of teaching-learning curriculum for music class as offering the model of musical education using ICT for each student’s active participation in actual class.
Consequently, the object of this study is that grope comprehension and activity field about ICT practical use plan by contents system putting first, that present teaching-studying plan making class by each field. Content and method of this research are as following.
At first, method of study data publishing in paper data that is possessed in the National Assembly Library, the Edunet and ICT study group, Korea Education & Research Information Service (KERIS) analysis is, and presented teaching-learning plan to use it.
Second, sound sources and moving image materials were collecting for making PowerPoint material.
Third, the model concerning 《Salut d'amour》 was established and applied by utilizing multimedia material.
Forth, the model of teaching ?Clearning plan using ICT, which is provided by the Korea Education and Research Information Service, was consulted.
Fifth, the teaching-learning plan which is using PowerPoint was provided.
In music class, if ICT practical use education is used properly, it is motivation and role of contact agent of learners and will do to understand method that can contact to music relevant information, and will help so that can build creative mind height and attitude that always enjoy music.
But, even if ICT’s media develops however ICT practical use is it is practical use by a tool that purpose of music class can be not, and knows artistic value of genuine music and be expresses as free and creative own emotion and thinking certainly.
Anticipated adverse effects of education using ICT should be prevented: learners conducting individual learning activity maybe exposed to provocative and wrong information, and be unsociable person and be isolated from society. Such a problem should be separately researched.
