The Effect on team cohesiveness, team efficacy, and player satisfaction of valleyball team players in middle-high school

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect on team cohesiveness, team efficacy, and player satisfaction of valleyball team in middle-high school.. The subjects of this study are registered with the Korea valleyball Association, the nation's 90 in middle-high school valleyball team. They were 288 middle-high school valleyball players with regularly participated in a tournament of National Middle-High School valleyball. Primary study topics are as follows. First of all, to notice a difference of the collective cohesive, team efficacy, as a function of sociological characteristics of valleyball players. Second, to examine the effects of valleyball players cohesiveness on team efficacy, player satisfaction. Thirdly, Second, to examine the effects of team efficacy, on team success, player satisfaction. Fourth, to verify the relationship between cohesiveness, team efficacy, and player satisfaction of valleyball team in middle-high school. To summarize the main results and conclusions. First of all, the sub-factors of group cohesiveness of valleyball players have differently effects on team efficacy, and player satisfaction of valleyball team in middle-high school. In other words, group-task, personal-task, personal- social cohesion of the three sub-factors are factors that affect efforts factor of the team efficacy, and, group-task, personal-task cohesion is factors that affect ability factor of the team efficacy. Second, group-task and group-social cohesion are factors that affect game, position factor of the player satisfaction of valleyball team in middle-high school.. and group-task, group-society and personal-task cohesion of the sub-factors are factors that affect belong factor of the player satisfaction of valleyball team in middle-high school. Third, the sub-factors of team efficacy have differently effects on player satisfaction of valleyball team in middle-high school.. In other words, ability factor of team efficacy contributed to the team success. to game and position satisfaction. ability, effort factors of team efficacy contributed to belong satisfaction. Fourth, the causal relationship among group cohesiveness, team efficacy, and player satisfaction of high school valleyball team in middle-high school was verified as the proposed model of this study. In other words, the three path of predicted five paths are confirmed a significant the structure model partially. In other words, There were significant causal relation between group cohesiveness and team efficacy, team efficacy, player satisfaction and team efficacy and player satisfaction.. In conclusion, we should apply group cohesion and team efficacy as intermediation factor to player instruction in order to improve player satisfaction of middle-high school valleyball team.
