Abstract

Languages have been changed without a break and the first tiny canonical alterations have been developed to the systematic and holistic changes by steps so that it is a very significant work to investigation of misused expressions on the analysis of language changes. Therefore it was focused on major current of language changes by classifying and analyzing many example sentences pointed as misused cases from a diversity of data related. Meanwhile, this study focused on arranging the example sentences, too. As a result, a decline of honorific expressions to the third person or simplification has been shown in the sentences with お～／ご～. Second, in reverent verbs as like 「申す」「あげる」「いただく」「いたす」「うかがう」「まいる」. we can see very frequently usage of those verbs as honorific expressions. There is a problem whether we recognize these expressions is wrong according to norm consciousness or accept itself due to accepted usage. As we have seen, a language system reflected characteristics of modern society that reduction of vertical organization has become normal could explain major current of modern japanese. The modern polite expressions have been being simplified, but on the other hand the development of honorific commercial business language going against the stream is getting noticeable. Because in the business world, polite expressions are working absolutely and it doesn't seem that just normal expressions are enough for business, the tendency to stress the need of polite expressions has occurred and seemed getting serious. At the conclusion, according that the times change, old honorific language related a social position has been reduced by steps and it seems that relative polite, social polite, and commercial business expression is getting increased.
