웹 사이트를 활용한 음악 감상 교육에 관한 연구

Abstract

At 21th century information age, it is time that a new teaching method escaping from the existing modes of education must be developed and groped. In the seventh music course of study, it is said that the goal of music education is "Doing to develop student's musical potential and initiative, to express his/her own emotion and thinking through music, to allow the purpose to improve quality of life and to be a well-rounded person, and to have an attitude to understand, love, and enjoy the music in historic, social, and cultural veins." On the basis of such social and cultural request, we have groped a new teaching method of music appreciation by taking advantage of web sites. In this thesis, we have studied by the following order. First, we presented the importance of music appreciation education and investigated the significance of Web-based education. Second, we analyzed the appreciation area of nine kinds of textbooks of first-year student in the middle school of the seventh music course of study. We also presented and analyzed the Web sites that are inserted to the textbooks. Third, we also introduced and analyzed the web sites that were not inserted to the textbooks but excellent and practical. Last, we presented several cautions regarding the music appreciation education based on Internet and presented the teaching guidance plan of appreciation class. In music appreciation education, optical appreciation through multimedia data such as movies, animations, or slides as well as listening can increase the effect of studying and can make students who are passive and negative be active and voluntary. Therefore, we can conclude that the music education making use of Web sites is worth studying.
