Abstract
Thirty Years' War was the most disastrous and destructive war in the German territory at the time. It erupted by all the contradictions in Religion, Social, Economics, and Political policy in both Germany, and not to mention Europe in the seventeenth century. Faced with increasing pressure from the Habsburg dynasty in the Holy Roman Empire, the Bohemians raised a revolt on 23 May 1618, it gradually developed into a general war involving much of Europe. The war continued for 30 years and ended with the Treaty of M?nster, which was part of the wider Peace of Westphalia on 24 October 1648. During the long course of the Thirty Years War the Habsburg dynasty were always in the heart of the conflict. This war rearranged the previous structure of power in Europe and became a significant turning point that led Europe into Modernization and Absolutism in history. This manuscript would like to explain the Thirty Year's War in detail and look into number of dramatic consequences that altered Western Europe in significant religious, political, and social ways.
