Caffeine 급성투여가 태권도 선수의 최대운동시 혈중 젖산, 암모니아 및 Hemoglobin 농도에 미치는 영향

- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was examine the effect of acute administration of caffein on blood lactic acid, ammonia and hemoglobin following maximal exercise in Taekwondo player. 20 subjects(Taekwondo player : n=10, non athletes : n=10) who were devided group (Taekwondo player and non-athletes) and two caffeine administration(Taekwondo player and non-athletes). Each subject in experimental groups was administration of caffeine(6mg/kg) before exercise. Blood samples was collected pre-exercise, post-exercise, and recovery phase 30min. All data were analyzed by repeted ANOVA of SPSS.
The results were summarized as follows :
1. blood lactic acid levels were significant differences between caffeine administration and placebo administration in Taekwondo player group and non-athletes group.
blood lactic acid recovery rate in caffeine administration were highly than placebo administration. But there were no significant differences.
2. blood Ammonia levels were significant differences between caffeine administration and placebo administration in Taekwondo player group and non-athletes group.
blood Ammonia recovery rate in caffeine administration were highly than placebo administration. But there were no significant differences.
3. blood Hemoglobin levels were no significant differences between caffeine administration and placebo administration in Taekwondo player group and non-athletes group.
blood Hemoglobin recovery rate in caffeine administration were highly than placebo administration. But there were no significant differences.
In conclusion, These data suggest that the acute administration of caffeine could be inhibited the genesis of central fatigue and improve endurance performance as ergogenic aids.
