The modern society is globalize and information-oriented society that values information and knowledge more than labor. The rapid change is coming in industry growth. Our country, an international IT nation is at the top of this wave of change. The education has to be changed to adapt the current change, but our education is not. The problem of the business information education is very serious because of the decrease of candidates for admission th business information education, and increase of the unemployed. A competent person needs communication, know-how applicability and mathematical ability in modern society. The education environment needs substantial foundation and discriminative education to grow personal abilities in this change. Education that is enough to grow personal abilities and interests is needed in the usual course of study. Graduates should have the cloudy techniques and abilities required by the commercial circles in today. The development of education will always realize the demand of commercial circles. The education is not improved now, instead fall astern more and more fall astern. Therefore, I'll grasp In 21th century information society, The company is continuing own change to exist. Some companies of Korea show the result to be seen by eyes in such change. They are keeping informing of the name in the world.
