Abstract

With the rapidly change of the modern society, the guidance of commercial high school students are required to make different the form. This study analyzed schoolgirls' course consciousness in commercial highschool and be recognized one's interest, aptitude, ability condition and home background by oneself in social economy organization. The object of this study is presenting direction of course plan and preparation rationally and objectively through straight career course education to be able to be a professional man. As a theoretical consideration, it search about a direction guidance, necessity and method of it and a direction guidance of commercial highschool. And This study research and analyze as creating positive questionnaires item. Therefore I can say the conclusion as follows. First, most of the students enter the commercial high school because of their bad school records. Therefore, the school authority will have to strengthen the education of their vocational sense of value which they choose job with their sound sense of job on this fragile man-power resource basis, help the students so that they can select their best suitable job and do their best at the work of place by providing the information on various occupations. Second, the current educational procedure of commercial high school should be reformed into the subjects such as "Vocational educational" "Vocational guidance" so that they can be taught under the consideration of all their individual elements. The third, it must be provided a device to be able to apply all sorts of test data in order to choose a career to match one's aptitude and human instinct. Fourth, Strengthening sense of value and offering various jobs will help student get a job with a healthy view of jobs, in which she can act to the best of her ability. If the improvements of the above results is executed, commercial high school can attract more able students and will help economic development. Also, commercial high school students will pride themselves in having satisfaction and achievements and this will help commercial high schools develop further.
