사이버공간에서 청소년의 행동과 윤리의식에 관한 연구

Abstract

The advance in ICT and media has drastic changes to human life and every aspect of society including politics, economy and culture, and allows people to lead a more comfortable and affluent life without being restricted by time and space. However, lots of unfavorable and immoral phenomena are taking place at the same time, such as lost ego-identity, spread of hazardous information, violated privacy, infringed right of ownership and hacking. Thus, there are both positive and negative aspects in post-industrial society. Information and communication ethics education is one of the educational efforts to relieve the dysfunction of the Information Age. That aims at instilling sound ethics into students in order to put information-oriented society on the right track. Specifically, adolescents are most vulnerable to the dysfunction of post-industrial society, and it's urgently required to put every possible effort into teaching them to have a decent attitude toward information and communicaton. Information and communication ethics education should be more reinforced, and relevant law system should be put in order. Besides, students, teachers, parents and private sector should closely team up with in establishing good information and communication ethics.
