Especially, there are exposed to the risk, when input the personal information go through the process a settle as the pay the price on the internet. In this way, there are exist the point at issue, in relation to the electronic commerce, as the certification of electronic expression of one' intention, carry out the contract issue time and method, a validity of the electronic papers and as the electronic money payment means. We were investigation of the applications in electronic commerce laws in various countries using these ways. And improvement in our nation's electronic commerce act adequately according as the international trend, consequently. This study was to solve the legal problem go through the occur of the electronic commerce, and investigate the case of legislation on the each countries and discussion item on the international organizations, then compared with in our country. And investigation the laws for suitable international trends, make a through revision the electronic commerce of the contract conclusion and performance of the electronic commerce contract, and ultimately the purpose of the safety and activity in electronic commerce. The object of this study was conduct the pursuit of development of the economic in our stagnant economy and increase of the exportation income, using introduce of the public security method and authentication of electronic commerce system, in the leading countries for more safety and practical use in electronic commerce.
