인터넷을 활용한 영어읽기 향상방안연구

Abstract

This study is to provide specific suggestions about how to utilize the internet for improving English reading. For this purpose, this study deals with several areas; the internet-based instruction, case studies of the internet using instruction, ideas and strategies about how to implement internet-based instruction. More specifically, this study deals with: First, what values and potentialities the internet has for improvement of instruction; Second, how previous research was done and various types of instruction were practised. From this study, it is found that the internet can be used to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of traditional instruction. In other words, the internet has great potentiality for improving efficiency of instructional information delivery, integration of instructional resources, problem solving skills and investigation skills, and learning motivation. Accordingly, reading ability can be enhanced by teaching using internet.
