Abstract

The propose of this paper is to certify the relations between Settlement Environmental Factor of 7 Metropolitan Cities and their city growth factor. blems of over population in large cities and over outflow population in small and medium cities, and difference of growth and unbalanced development between them occurred s a big social issue. Accordingly, the interests are concentrating on the basic reinforcement and functional activation of local small and medium cities. Recently, small and medium sized cities are to be a new limelight in developing countries.
