Abstract
Creative industries are industries that emerge as a backdrop to the globalization of the economy. Creative industries are highly permeable knowledge-intensive industries and high-end industries of value chain, with important engines of economic development emerging. The scale and level of development was used as one of the main indicators of the overall competitiveness of a country or region. In his book The Creative Economy, John Howkins pointed out that the world's creative economy generates $22 billion a day and grows by 5 percent. Since the 21st century, the submission of the concept of creative industries, from the establishment of policies to the exploration of practice, has already formed an irresistible economic wave around the world. It has greatly influenced the economic and social development of EU, USA, Asia Pacific, and especially emerging economies.
There have been a series of transformations in the paradigm of the development of the world's advanced countries, with knowledge at the core. Instead of seeking greater consumption of resources, energy and agricultural products, people pursue the value of wisdom and stress the momentum innovation has on economic development. As industrial structures in advanced countries have been greatly adjusted in line with the shift in the way of economic development, the service sector has emerged as a leading industry in the existing dependent industry, with service sector production accounting for more than 60 percent of the total. The role of creative industries in the national economic system is very different from traditional industries. It can affect a person's values, thoughts and ways of doing things because they are economically viable and have social benefits at the same time. The promotion of cultural creativity industry in a country or region can increase people's demand for culture, while also establishing an identity for the white body area in a global background. If creative industries fall behind, they are feared to turn into a consumer market for cultural products from advanced countries, and as a result, there are many evils that undermine their cultural systems and their cultural identity. Culture is soft power compared to the hard power of politics and economy. It continues to have influence and penetration on the economy and society. Cultural soft power determines a country's overall power, along with its economy, politics and military. Developing the cultural creation industry is the best way to effectively improve the "soft power" of national culture. So cultural creation industry is a strategic industry.
The composition of this study is as follows. First, Chapter 1 describes the background, purpose and method of this study and presents the differentiation of this study. Chapter 2 presents the concept of creative industry, the concept related to creative economy, and the theoretical concept and stratification of creative industry trade determinant systematically as a theoretical discussion. The trade determinants of creative industries are divided into three categories: culture, tourism and technology. For the above three, numerical measurement methods are represented by cultural distance reflecting cultural differences, tourism demand, and NRI reflecting technology.
Chapter 3 deals with international trade in creative goods and services. It presented the latest data containing world trends in creative products and trade flows between regions from 2002 to 2015. It also covers the potential for further growth in trade between developing countries and how demand for creative products contributed to economic recovery, as well as the analysis of creative products and in-depth analysis of trade between developed and developing countries. Each country could create its own profile on the trade performance of creative industries.
Chapters 4 carry out empirical analyses based on panel data, which is the trade determinant of creative industries mentioned in chapters 2 and 3. The research model is based on a gravity model, and it's about culture, tourism, technology. Analyze the effect of phosphorus on trade.
Finally, Chapter 5 summarizes the results derived from the above analysis, and presents a frontal meaning and policy implications for developing trade, national or regional payments using the importance, development and utilization of creative industries, confirming that the creative industry has an important impact on international trade.
