대학생이 지각한 사회적 지지와 진로탄력성의 관계에서 불확실성에 대한 인내력의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 사회적 지지와 진로탄력성의 관계에서 불확실성에 대한 인내력이 매개효과를 가지는지 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구는 광주광역시, 서울특별시 내 대학교에 재학 중인 400명의 대학생들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 설문은 인구통계학적 질문과 사회적 지지 척도, 진로탄력성 척도, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족 척도를 포함한 자기보고식 질문으로 구성되었다. 본 연구의 가설검증을 위해 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 이용하여 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음의 요약과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 지지와 불확실성에 대한 인내력, 진로탄력성 간의 관계는 통계적으로 유의미하다. 둘째, 사회적 지지는 불확실성에 대한 인내력과 진로탄력성에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 불확실성에 대한 인내력은 진로탄력성에 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 불확실성에 대한 인내력은 사회적 지지와 진로탄력성 사이를 부분적으로 매개하였다. 이러한 결과는 진로탄력성이 필요한 내담자들을 위해 진로 상담 및 프로그램 개발에서 불확실한 상황에서 효율적으로 대처할 수 있는 역량개발이 필요하다는 데 의의를 가진다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구를 위한 제언이 논의되었다.|The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of tolerance of uncertainty in the relationship between social support and career resilience of university students. This study surveyed 400 university students attending four-year universities in Gwangju and Seoul City. The questionnaire consisted of self-reporting questions, including demographic questions and social support scales, career resilience scales and tolerance of uncertainty. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 as for to verify hypothesis in this study. The results of the study are as follows: First, the relationship between social support and tolerance of uncertainty and career resilience is statistically significant. Second, social support affects tolerance of uncertainty and career resilience. Third, tolerance of uncertainty affects career resilience. Fourth, tolerance of uncertainty partly mediated between social support and career resilience. These results are significant for university students in need of career resilience, and for those in need of competency development to cope with uncertain situations in career counseling and program development. Finally, the limitations of the study and suggestions for future research were discussed.
