간호사의 감정노동이 행동의도에 미치는 영향:감정조절의 매개역할을 중심으로

Abstract
Nurses are experiencing a variety of emotional labor in meetings with patients and carers as well as in their relationships within the organization. However, many studies on emotional labor have mainly studied emotional labor among members of an organization rather than emotional labor arising from their relationships with nurses and patients. In this study, we would like to examine the effect of emotional labor between patients and nurses on work engagement and customer orientation for nurses working in the context of hospital service.
Regression analysis was performed through the SPSS 24.0 Statistical Package to validate the hypothesis predicted in this study. The analysis showed that the emotional labor of the nurse had a significant effect on active regulation. Also, emotional regulation had a significant impact on task enthusiasm and customer orientation. Specifically, active regulation and support seeking regulation had a positive effect on work engagement, and active regulation and self-suggestion regulation, and support seeking regulation had a significant impact on customer orientation. However, it has also been showed that the emotional labor of a nurse does not had a significant effect on self-suggestion regulation, avoidance/distract regulation, and support seeking regulation.|간호사는 조직 내 인간관계 뿐 아니라 환자나 보호자와의 만남에서 여러 가지 감정노동을 경험하고 있다. 하지만 감정노동을 주제로 하고 있는 많은 연구들은 간호사와 환자들과의 관계에서 발생하는 감정노동이 아닌 조직 내 구성원들 간의 감정노동을 주로 연구해왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 병원 서비스 맥락에서 고객 서비스 접점에서 근무하고 있는 간호사들을 대상으로 환자와 간호사간의 감정노동이 직무열의와 고객지향성에 미치는 효과를 고찰하고자 한다.
본 연구에서 예측한 가설에 대한 검증을 위해 SPSS 24.0 통계 패키지를 통해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 간호사의 감정노동이 능동조절에 유의한 영향을 미쳤음을 보여 주었다. 또한 감정조절은 직무열의과 고객지향성에 모두에 영향을 미쳤다. 구체적으로 능동조절과 지지추구는 직무열의와 고객지향성 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기암시는 고객지향성에만 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 간호사의 감정노동은 자기암시, 회피분산, 지지추구에 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
