Abstract
Taekwondo, which holds two titles, Dance and Sports, can be seen as a symbol of the world's attention and love, but it is not the need to change or not the sport.
Therefore, under the theme of "Doubleness of Taekwondo in the Globalization Process and Conflict as a Country," this study looked at existing taekwondo discourse as a cautionary perspective and established the identity of Taekwondo in a proper way. The results are summarized as follows.
First, the Taekwondo spirit based on traditional ideas has a problem of lack of originality that is not unique to Taekwondo alone. Second, the spirit of Taekwondo according to the practice of training can change depending on where you view the main body. Third, Taekwondo mind cannot be called Taekwondo mind.
In short, Taekwondo still requires the establishment of Taekwondo spirit. The reason is that most of the discussions on taekwondo have been discussed so far, with abstract and non-visual philosophical concepts or terms attached to them, or with research to derive the spirit inherent in Taekwondo training. Of course, many scholars who advocated the spirit of Taekwondo spared no effort to establish a firm Taekwondo spirit based on the traditionally written spirit and the philosophical theory involved. However, it is judged that no one was satisfied to find out something else (the spirit) Taekwondo has, while listing the psychologically relevant theories in asserting his logic.
The researcher's rebuttal eventually returns to the initial question, "Is there any spirit in Taekwondo?" However, if we agree that the term "mind" is an acceptable concept only for humans, we will be able to realize that there has been a great error in our questions. In other words, it would be the exact question and answer of the Taekwondo mind, assuming that Taekwondo is needed to set its goals and values in practicing Taekwondo, instead of trying to find it in a celebrity.
In addition, water has no fixed form. Rather, the essence of water is that the shape changes with the bowl. Therefore, water remains intact in any type of bowl. In other words, water does not insist on itself, is round in a round place, and Moji in a harsh place (Jang Il-soon, 1997). Regardless of where they are stored, if they are alive, the nature of the water is well preserved.
Taekwondo is also a well-wrapped body in any form, but if it can preserve its essence with respect to its beauty, it is round in a round place, and it is not a problem to collect it in a remote place.
However, if we look at the history of Taekwondo, we have inadvertently damaged the nature of Taekwondo, which is the essence of Taekwondo. In particular, it is true that the rapid growth of Taekwondo is accompanied by a combination of compressed modernization (Koreanization/economicization/globalization) as well as the structural risk factors (history distortion/distinguistics/an ethics).
I bet Taekwondo is a dance. And at the same time, it is also a sport. The two have a causal relationship to describe taekwondo today. Of course, is Taekwondo a martial art? Is it sports enough to raise doubts? However, Taekwondo, which has developed as a form of martial arts, cannot simply be described as something.
For example, the hometown of Hong Gil-dong, currently residing in Seoul, is not known as a general in South Jeolla Province, so he is not a citizen of Jangseong-gun. Furthermore, he may move to Seoul, Daejeon, Daegu, Busan or abroad depending on the situation. In other words, even though Hong Gil-dong is from a general, he can become a Seoul citizen, Daejeon citizen, Daegu citizen, Busan citizen, or foreign resident.Hong Gil-Dong, a Seoulite from Jangsung. That does not change the nature or substance of Hong Gil-dong.
To sum up, Taekwondo should now seek unclassified, not part, but part, unclassified, such as convergence, communication, and communication that reflect the social trend of modern times (though conceptually different depending on each characteristic and expression). Such attempts will serve as a system to realize the ideal Taekwondo wishes to pursue, and the result will be a grand view of the expansion of thinking about convergence and the expansion of "unified sports" as well as the establishment of identity.
