대학생의 의도적 반추와 이별 후 성장과의 관계에서 자기용서의 매개효과

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the Self-Forgiveness has mediating effects on the relationship between Intentional Rumination and Growth following Romantic Breakups of college students. This study was conducted on 315 college students in Gwangju Metropolitan City, Jeollanam - do and Seoul Metropolitan City. The questionnaire survey was conducted on the Intentional Rumination Scale, Self-Forgiveness and Growth following Romantic Breakups, and the collected data were analyzed. The hypothesis of this sutdy was analyzed that data collected using SPSS 23.0. The results are summarized as follows. First, the results of proving the relationship between Intentional Rumination, Self-Forgiveness, and Growth following Romantic Breakups are statistically significant. Second, Intentional Rumination influences Self-Forgiveness and Growth following Romantic Breakups. Third, Self-Forgiveness affects Growth following Romantic Breakups. Fourth, Self-Forgiveness partially mediated between Intentional Rumination and Growth following Romantic Breakups. Finally, the limitations of this study and suggestions for future research were discussed.| 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 의도적 반추와 이별 후 성장의 관계에서 자기용서가 매개효과를 가지는지 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구는 광주광역시, 전라남도, 서울특별시 내 대학교 315명의 대학 재학 기간 중 이별을 경험한 남녀 대학생들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 척도는 의도적 반추와 이별 후 성장, 자기용서에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집한 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 가설은 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 결과는 다음의 요약과 같다. 첫째, 의도적 반추와 자기용서, 이별 후 성장 간의 관계를 증명한 결과는 통계적으로 유의미하다. 둘째, 의도적 반추는 자기용서와 이별 후 성장에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 자기용서는 이별 후 성장에 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 자기용서는 의도적 반추와 이별 후 성장 사이를 부분적으로 매개하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구를 위한 제안점이 논의되었다.
