Abstract
본 연구는 가정 중재를 중심한 모-자녀 치료놀이에서 베트남 다문화가정 어머니와 유아의 상호작용 변화에 대해 알아보았다. 연구 대상은 베트남 다문화가정 어머니와 유아 한 가정이며, 부모-자녀 간 애착형성에 효과적이라고 입증된 치료놀이를 바탕으로 총 8회기의 모-자녀 치료놀이를 가정에서 실시하였다. 가정 중재를 중심한 모-자녀 치료놀이의 효과를 검증하기 위해 변화과정과 변화요인을 질적 분석하였다. 또한, 사전 및 사후에 상호작용 변화를 평가하기 위해 모-자녀 상호작용 평가(MIM), 가족협동화 검사, 양육행동 평가를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신체적 접촉과 정서적 친밀감, 수용적인 관계, 모의 주도성의 변화를 가져왔다. 양육적인 활동을 통한 즐거운 경험은 신체적 접촉과 정서적 친밀감을 증진시켜 수용적인 관계를 형성하였고, 모의 주도성의 변화를 이끌어 긍정적 의사소통과 상호작용을 촉진하였다. 둘째, 모의 양육행동에 변화가 나타났다. 모의 양육행동에서 합리적인 지도와 애정성이 향상되는 변화를 가져왔다. 또한, 가정에서의 모-자녀 상호작용 변화를 이끄는데 효과적이었다. 셋째, 변화과정과 변화요인 분석을 통해 가정에서 모-자녀 치료놀이가 이루어졌다는 점이 가장 큰 변화요인임을 발견할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 가정 중재를 중심한 모-자녀 치료놀이는 베트남 다문화가정 어머니와 유아의 상호작용 변화에 효과적임을 확인하였다.|The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes in interaction between mother and child as a result of Mother-Child Theraplay focused on the home-based intervention in Vietnamese multicultural family.
The subjects of this study were mother and child of one Vietnamese multicultural family, and 8 Mother-Child Theraplay sessions that were called to prove to be effective for the formation of parent-child attachment based on theraplay were conducted in the home. In order to verify the effects of Mother-Child Theraplay centering on home intervention, the process of change and the factors of change were qualitatively analyzed. In addition, in order to evaluate interaction changes we conducted Marschak Interaction Method evaluation (MIM), family test by Collaborative Drawing Technique (CDT), and parenting behavior evaluation before and after investigated therapy.
The results of this study are as follows.
First, physical contact, emotional intimacy, accommodative relationship, and changes in mother initiative were noted. Through parenting activities a pleasant experience of physical contact and emotional intimacy were promoted, has been formed a receptive relationships, and were promoted positive communication and interaction that led to changes in maternal initiative.
Second, the changes in parenting behavior were noted. In mother's parenting behavior, there has been a change that improved reasoning her guidance and parent involvement and intimacy. It was also effective in terms of driving mother-child interaction changes at home.
Third, by the analysis of the process and the factor of changes it was found that the performed at home Mother-Child Theraplay was the most important factor of the changes that were noticed.
This study confirmed that Mother-Child Theraplay focused on the home-based intervention is effective in changing interaction between mother and child of Vietnamese multicultural family.
