Abstract
The purpose of this study aimed to verify the mediated effect of Self-Encouragement on the Relationship in the effect of Evaluative Concerns Perfectionism on Social Anxiety in College Students . For this purpose, I carried out a survey targeting 345 men and women university students located in G, J, S city. I used questionnaires as a tool : Social Phobia Scale: SPS Scale, Social Interaction Anxiety Scale: SIAS Scale, The Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale, Self-Encouragement Scale. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS 23 and amos 23
The research findings were as follows:
First, frequency analysis was conducted to identify the demographic characteristics of the subjects, and each measure was calculated by the Crown's alpha's alpha factor to confirm the reliability of the measures used in the study.
Second, the statistical analysis was conducted to confirm that the data was likely to be checked and that the variables met the normal distribution assumption.
Third, a personalization correlation analysis was conducted to confirm the correlation between assessment anxiety, self-improvement and social unrest.
Fourth, a measure was taken to verify that the variables were employed in determining the potential variables of the variables, and identify the suitability and factor load.
Fifth, the adequacy of the research model was verified compared to the competition model to verify the validity of the research model. Typical criteria for assessing conformity were the absolute conformance index, the GFI, the IFI, and the CFI, which were the appropriate criteria for the conformity assessment.
Sixth, we identified that the direct effects, indirect effects and gross effects of the final model were meaningful, and the indirect effects were used to verify that the indirect effects were meaningful.
In conclusion, limitations of this study and suggestions for future studies were discussed.
