공공건축물 외피 개선을 통한 단열성능 향상 및 에너지 절감 효과 분석

- Abstract
- Recently, there is a great interest in energy worldwide. Modern society has become a mass-consumed industrialization society due to the development of scientific technologies and the rapid population growth. Energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions are important issues in politics, economics, society and environment in lots of countries. In case of energy consumption in South Korea, the proportion of building energy accounts for 24% of total energy consumption. 80% of them occupy which are heating and cooling energy consumption. Thus, it is the situation where energy saving and greenhouse gas reduction are positively necessary for the building energy area.
The aim of this paper is to numerically estimate the thermal performance improvement, energy consume evaluation, and greenhouse gas reduction by applying green remodeling to public buildings located in Seo-gu, Gwang-ju. Two subjects were selected for this study, the purpose of the building is the daycare center and the senior citizen center. Green remodeling technology was proposed and applied in consideration of each building characteristics. Application techniques are Dream Foam I, Dream Foam F, Vacuum Insulation Panel, Dryvit with vacuum insulation panel and Cool Roof.
Thermal performance improvement of buildings is measured by qualitative and quantitative comparison in terms of thermal transmittance(U-Value), thermo-graphic and albedo. In case of the thermal transmittance, 0.198 was measured before the green remodeling in the daycare center. After green remodeling, 0.098 was measured and improved by 0.100. 0.128 was measured before the green remodeling in senior citizen center. After green remodeling 0.026 was measured and improved by 0.102. As a result of the thermal image measurement, the surface temperature of the outdoor wall was uniformly improved and changed into a thermally stable state. In case of albedo, the comparison group albedo ratio was 0.261 before green remodeling, but the daycare center albedo ratio after green remodeling increased to 0.627. Also, the senior citizen center albedo ratio increased to 0.519. Therefore, there was a decrease the amount of solar radiation coming through the roof. Also, in this paper compared the designed thermal transmittance before green remodeling and the actual thermal transmittance after green remodeling, but it was concluded that it is not necessary to consider the designed thermal performance at the planning stage of the green remodeling due to a large number of errors.
After green remodeling in the kindergarten, the annual electricity savings of 8,295.64 and the annual gas savings of 64,603.72 were expected. After green remodeling in the senior community center, the annual electricity savings of 708.4 and the annual gas savings of 9,601.49 were expected.
Green gas emissions are converted into the carbon dioxide emissions based on energy savings. After green remodeling in the kindergarten, the annual greenhouse gas emission reduces to 3.868 ton for the electricity saving and the annual greenhouse gas emission reduces to 3.628 ton for the gas savings. The amount of greenhouse gas that can be reduced by green remodeling for the kindergarteon woeld be 7.496 ton. After green remodeling in the senior community center, the annual greenhouse gas emission reduces to 0.330 ton for the electricity saving and the annual greenhouse gas emission reduces to 0.539 ton for the gas savings. The amount of greenhouse gas that can be reduced by green remodeling of the senior community center would be 0.869 ton.
