Abstract

This study aims to find out the difference of the organizational Performance between the public organization and the private one in theoretical and empirical level. The subjects of the study are public officials, employees both in the public and the private organization. To obtain the aim, organizational culture, organization commitment, and job satisfaction between the public and the private organization are analyzed. The first chapter is the introductory chapter. I raised the questions concerning this research. The second chapter is the theoretical study. In the third chapter, I developed my thesis and study model. These were verified based on the survey and the analyzed data. In the fourth chapter, I interpreted the result of the research in detail. The chapter five is the conclusive chapter. I summarized all my research and gave additional suggestions. The methods used in analyzing the were the multi-comparing test, the analysis of variance, the correlation analysis, and the regression analysis. Such various statistical analysis methods could make the study find out the relationship between the variables and verify the hypothesis. Finally, by systematizing the established theories on the determinants of organizational performance, this study produced the determinant and the consequent variables, and designed an original studying model and hypothesis. Differences of the organizational performance between the publics and the private organization were logically defined by selecting comparable sample and precisely analyzing the experiential data about each variables. The result of the study complements the established theories and suggests policy implication.
