中·韓 FTA 知識財産權 協商과 中國의 對應方案에 관한 硏究

Abstract

With the rapid economic growth of China and the increasing highlighting of the importance of overseas production base of South Korea, the investment scale of the two countries increasingly speeds up. When China becomes the biggest export market of South Korea, it also becomes the second-largest import market of South Korea. Therefore, the economic cooperation and trade relations between the two countries draws widely attention. The problems about FTA between the two countries also becomes the focus. This study aims to explore the intellectual property system and the protection situation of China and South Korea. With the flexible use of related literature, research report, weekly publication and other China and South Korea intellectual property information, the study also discusses the core focus of the dispute in FTA intellectual property rights negotiations of China and South Korea and puts forward the plan of China. The main contents of this study can be divided into five chapters as follows. Chapter 1 Introduction introduces the background, propose, method and content of the study. Chapter 2 Theoretical background tries to analyze the concept of FTA, the progress status of the FTA negotiations between South Korea and China, the advance background and hopeful research results, meanwhile, analyzes the definition of intellectual property rights, the importance of the protection of intellectual property rights, the intellectual property system and protection status in China and South Korea. Chapter 3 mainly discusses the dispute focus in the FTA intellectual property rights negotiations of China and South Korea. Chapter 4 mainly reviews the response plan of China about FTA intellectual property rights of China and South Korea. Chapter 5 concludes the above contents and ends the paper.
