- Abstract
- These days, the shipping companies and shipyards are required a optimization hull form design according to improved fuel efficiency and application of EEDI. In the present study, the target vessel is LR1 Tanker. The hull design was using the EZ-Hull program. The performance is verified through numerical calculation using the CFD program (wavis2.2) and model tests. The goal of this paper is to designed optimization of hull form for improved fuel efficiency.
