한빛6호기 2차계통 부식생성물 저감을 위한 복합아민 수처리법 적용에 관한 연구

Abstract
The deposition of iron corrosion products are important elements that affect both the steam generator (SG) integrity and secondary system in pressurized water reactor (PWR) nuclear power plants. Hanbit unit 6 has made stratigic plans to maintain its steam generater integrity. One of those stratigic plan is high pH operation to inhibit iron corrosion product transportation to the steam generator. Since beginning of 2013, Hanbit unit 6 has been applying mixed amine treatment and uniformly increasing secondary system’s at temperature pH to reduce iron corrosion of secondary system. Hanbit unit 6 has pushed forward this study about 9 months. The iron concentration of feedwater has been drastically decreased. The amounts of reduced deposition of iron corrosion products was 187kg/year and according to EPRI PWR water treatment improvements cost benefit analysis, there are benefits of 14,000$ per kg of reduced deposition of iron corrosion products. So, this study was economic benefit and efficiency growth of operation to Hanbit unit 6. Henseforth, It is necessory to solve increase of the amount of ion exchange resin. There are elements of cost growth. So, from now on we need to study on minimize side effect. Synthetically this study have considerable economic and technical value.
