Abstract

More recently, physical, social, economic and environmental purposes, building remodeling has been actively promoted. Especially energy-saving remodeling, in addition to the improvement of aging facilities, minimization of environmental impact to the exchange of materials, power equipment, high efficiency skin-systems and install of renewable-energy system for the improvement of energy efficiency, it is environmentally friendly renovation technique in method of remodeling. Generally, Selection of an alternative system in remodeling projects, are mostly be determined by the personal experience and market conditions most builders and designers, which has led to various problems. In this study, in selection of an alternative system, based on various performance factors were developed scientific decision process model can be selected remodeling alternative in accordance with the purpose of the remodeling project. By using the decision support model developed through this study, it is expected to be able to select the reasonable remodeling alternative system that reflects the needs which energy saving rate, economic effect, user preference of the decision makers.
