청소년의 복합외상경험이 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향: 부정적자동적 사고의 매개효과 검증

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to validate the mediated effects of automatic negative thoughts in the aspect of the problem of interpersonal relationships and complex trauma among adolescents. A total of 640 adolescents who has attended in three middle and high schools in Gwangju took part in the study. As measuring instruments, Trauma Antecedents Questionnaire (TAQ), school violence scale, Korea Children's Automatic Thoughts Scale (K-CATS), and Korea Inventory of Interpersonal Problems (KIIP–SC) were used. The result of correlation analysis was that automatic negative thoughts and problems of interpersonal relationships all showed significant correlation in the experience of complex trauma. On the basis of the result, structural equation modelling(SEM) analysis of the parameters was performed. The results of this analysis were as followed: First, goodness of fit of mediated model was good, and the effects of parameters also statistically significant. Second, the research model of this study was more concise than the fully competitive model, as a result of the comparison by setting fully competitive model as the parameter model. Thus, the experience of complex trauma not only affected the interpersonal issue directly, but also influenced indirectly on the basis of the mediation of automatic negative thoughts. The limitations and implications of this study were discussed based on these results.
