Abstract
The purpose of this study is based on theory of authentic leadership. Also try to examined the effect of authentic leadership on employee`s work behavior and investigated the mediating role of formation of moral identity with perceived organizational support as a moderator. In this research, authentic leadership in conceptualized as having four related dimensions: self-awareness, self-regulation, relational transparency, and unbiased processing. Authentic leader makes positive atmosphere through whole organization which influenced follower`s self-development. The purpose of this study based on theory of authentic leadership.
For this study, total 193 questionaries was used to examined the hypothesis. The result of this study were as follows.
First, the authentic leadership has significant and positive impact on employees` work behavior, which reduced counterproductive work behavior and increased organizational citizenship behavior.
Second, moral identity has perfect mediated effect on between authentic leadership and counterproductive work behavior, partial mediated on organizational citizenship behavior. Especially, internalization moral identity has significant effect both dependent variables, symbolization moral identity has significant effect on only individually organization citizenship behavior.
Third, four dimensions used to investigated perceived organizational support` moderated effect, only relational transparency has significant effect on formation of symbolization moral identity.
In conclusion, authentic leadership significantly influence employees` positive behavior and attitude and its implication develop on this area will have high use value.
