기구 필라테스 리포머 운동프로그램이 평균 30대 여성의 신체조성 및 복부근력 변화에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Pilates on body weight, BMI, body fat, muscle mass, abdominal fat rate, abdominal length, and contour count. Applicants interested in the western part of Gwangju were divided into experimental and control groups, and Pilates was performed and the fourth measurements were taken.The results of this study showed Pilates weighed 60.87kg before the trial and 57.61kg in the post-period experimental group. The BMI was 22.67 before and 21.46 after the implementation. Body fat decreased by about 5.64 from 30.3 to 24.94, and muscle mass increased from 22.85 to 23.43. Abdominal fat decreased from 0.857 to 0.836 and abdominal length decreased from 26.9 to 25.42. The number of contours decreased from 10 to 8.2.In the control group, the weight increased by about 0.70kg from 57.25 to 57.95kg and the BMI increased from 21.39 to 21.66. And body fat increased from 28.99 to 32.44. Muscle mass, abdominal fat, abdominal length, and contours are not much different. Independent t-testing was performed to verify homogeneity after the test between the test group and the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in all items. As a result, Pilates can prove effective in body weight, BMI, body fat, muscle mass, abdominal fat rate, length of abdomen, and contour count.
