보건행정(학)과 대학생의 의무기록사 선택에 미치는 요인

Abstract

In the logistic regression analysis, the perceived academic performance was higher (OR = 31.55, 95% CI 5.336-186.568), middle OR (OR = 6.44, 95% CI 1.297-32.001) 95% CI 1.482-151.607), general hospital (OR = 13.03, 95% CI 1.327-127.946), hospital (OR = 11.72, 95% CI 1.107-124.271) 95% CI 1.003-1.115) were the factors influencing the career decision of the Health Information Manager. Clinical practitioners showed significant results in the order of university hospitals, general hospitals, hospitals, and insurance companies in the order of medical records. Satisfaction with the major was statistically significant, while social support was significant Respectively.| 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과 인지된 학업성적이 상(OR=31.55, 95% C.I 5.336-186.568), 중(OR=6.44, 95% C.I 1.297-32.001)인 경우, 임상실습 장소가 대학병원(OR=14.99, 95% C.I 1.482-151.607), 종합병원(OR=13.03, 95% C.I 1.327-127.946), 병원(OR=11.72, 95% C.I 1.107-124.271)인 경우, 임상실습 만족도가 높은 경우(OR=1.05, 95% C.I 1.003-1.115) 의무기록사의 진로결정에 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다. 임상실습기관이 대학병원, 종합병원, 병원, 보험회사 순으로 의무기록사 선택에 유의한 결과를 보이며, 전공만족도는 정적방향을 나타났으며 사회적 지지는 부적 방향으로 의무기록사 선택에 유의한 결과를 보였다.
