The effect of rehabilitation exercising program for using the tools After Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

This research is that students who was registered athlete students after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction , among students, 5 students quited athlete because of anterior cruciate ligament injury, when I directly leaded them to use same tools and followed them exercise, also I saw them using the tools of the rehabilitation program 8 weeks and analyzed how to change this research results such as Femoral muscle strength change of knee joint, Lysholm knee score, Femoral around, Safety(balancing), Body Composition change(the part of muscle(Right leg), Skeletal muscle mass, fat mass, Abasal metabolic rate).

First, knee joint of Femoral muscle strength change compared to both side. left side, which didn’t anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, wasn’t siginificantly increased than before experiment and after experiment, right side which did anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction was siginificantly increased than before experiment and after experiment.(p<.01)

Second, Lysholm knee score before experiment was statistically increased than after experiment.(p<.01) Third, Femoral around before experiment was increased than after experiment.(p<.01)

Fourth, Safety(balancing) before experiment was increased than after experiment.(p<.05)

Fifth, Body Composition change means that Extracellular water costs before experiment was increased than after experiment.(p<.05) skeletal muscles before experiment was increased than after experiment.(p<.05) fat mass before experiment of loosing fat mass was increased than and after experiment. (p<.05) abasal metabolic rate before experiment was statistically increased than after experiment.(p<.05)

Follow this conclusions, this research say that the rehabilitation program of using tools is good impact on right knee joint of Femoral muscle strength change, which was done by reconstruction, normal left knee joint didn't large impact, but both knee joint of Femoral muscle balanced well. Lysholm knee score, students(experimenters) felt that Femoral muscle seemed like better, As a result, change of Femoral around was not big differences, if students (experimenters) keep rehabilitation program, Femoral around will be increasing, Safety(balancing) change means that safety of the knee joint had been increasing, Body Composition change means that skeletal muscle mass, fat mass, abasal metabolic rate had been changing, For damaged by anterior cruciate ligament injury patients, the result of research means that rehabilitation program of using tools is continue to do, patients can easily recover their body and patients get a great effect for improving Muscle function, I think that this research improvingly use to the rehabilitation program of using tools.
