This study is aimed at finding ways to get basic data about how Blood Lactate Concentration and physical strength and performance affect sports climbers by climbing for a total of eight weeks before the game and make the best use of one of the useful programs for generalizations

A. Changes in Blood Lactate Concentration

About change in Blood Lactate Concentration, there were statistically significant differences of Blood Lactate Concentration after measurement in only exercise groups (p<.05).

B. Change in physical strength

In exercise group, change of physical strength after measurement showed statistically significant differences in muscular strength(right), muscle endurance (right), cardiovascular endurance, flexibility of the body, explosive muscular strength, agility (p<.05, p<.01,) there were significant differences in muscular strength(left), muscle endurance(left) but weren't statistically significant differences.

C. Changes in the game

Through the change in the game, six climbers in exercise group held the second rank in the level of difficulty in The 36th country sports climbing championship and took first, second third place in the level of difficulty in the 97th korea national sports festival and won the overall competition

Six sports climbers by systematically conducted exercise showed positive results in Blood Lactate Concentration, physical strength and performance. Winners in Climbing competitions conducted prior to sports climbing training didn't won a prize after training or winners who didn't won a prize before sports climbing training won a prize after training. These analysis results are thought that performance of the climbing players of certain g Metropolitan region was even enough to win a prize. In addition, systematic management not only reduced Blood Lactate Concentration and fatigue but also increased physical strength as a whole. As a result, all players came out at the top in the competitions
