Effect of occupational stress on leaders of sport for people with disabilities emotional labor and job satisfaction

Looking at the research on job satisfaction has increased steadily research that targets the sport for leaders engaged in a variety of fields. However, research on disability life coaching is very low. In this paper, we investigate what is influencing job satisfaction of people with disabilities Leisure Sports leaders, to see how any influence on the job satisfaction and provides the data used to address the dissatisfaction to perform their duties and improve the working enthusiasm and work and to detailed research is as follows. First, determine the level of job performance and job-related characteristics in accordance with the general characteristics of sport for people with disabilities leaders. Second, determine the level of job satisfaction and work-related characteristics in accordance with the general characteristics of sport for people with disabilities leaders. Third, it examines the impact of these two emotional labor on job satisfaction in the control of the general characteristics and job-related characteristics of sport for the disabled state leaders.
