In the control group, body weight and body fat were significantly increased(p<.05, p<.001). The between-group comparisons showed no significant difference.
2. Changes in functional physical fitness, after the experiment compared to before the experiment in the group of exercise, showed a significant difference in muscle strength, cardiopulmonary endurance, flexibility and agility(p<.01, p<.001), in the control group, showed a significant difference in muscle strength(left) cardiopulmonary endurance and flexibility as a result of the exercise group showed the opposite. The comparison between groups showed a statistically significant difference in cardiopulmonary endurance before and after the experiment(p<.05, p<.01).
Taken together, these conclusions, resistance exercise did not improve the item of body composition but physical function items(strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, agility) that is, concluded positive effect.
